Our Commitment to Quality

At Menetc, we are committed to delivering products that meet high standards of quality and reliability.

This Warranty Policy outlines the terms under which we support our products against manufacturing defects, in accordance with applicable Indian laws, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Warranty Coverage 

All eligible products purchased through Menetc’s official channels are covered by a limited warranty of 12 months from the date of delivery, unless otherwise specified on the product page.

This warranty applies to defects arising from:

  • Manufacturing faults
  • Defective materials
  • Workmanship issues under normal use

Your Rights Under Indian Law

This warranty is not a substitute for your legal rights.

As a consumer, you are protected under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, which provides remedies against:

  • Defective products
  • Deficiency in service
  • Unfair trade practices

Nothing in this policy restricts or overrides your statutory rights.

What Is Not Covered

To maintain transparency, the warranty does not cover the following, except where required under applicable law:

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper handling
  • Accidental damage including drops, impact, or liquid exposure
  • Normal wear and tear from regular usage
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect product functionality
  • Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications
  • Use of the product not in accordance with provided instructions

Resolution of Valid Claims

If a defect is confirmed within the warranty period, Menetc will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • Repair of the product, or
  • Replacement with a new or equivalent product, or
  • Refund (full or partial), where repair or replacement is not feasible

All resolutions will be processed within a reasonable time, in line with obligations under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To request support under this warranty:

  1. Contact us at hey@menetc.com
  2. Provide:
    1. Order ID or proof of purchase
    2. A clear description of the issue
    3. Supporting photos or videos (if applicable) 
  3. Our support team will review your request and guide you through the next steps 

In certain cases, product inspection or return may be required.

Shipping & Service Responsibility

  • If your claim is verified and approved, Menetc will bear the service costs
  • Any applicable charges (if outside warranty scope) will be communicated transparently before proceeding

Additional Terms

  •  This warranty is applicable only to purchases made via official Menetc platforms
  • Replacement products will carry the remaining warranty period from the original purchase
  • Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India
